What forms of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards, cash and business checks. No personal checks accepted.

Does the insurance company need to see my car before I drop it off for repairs?

No. We will help you with that process. You can drop off your car at our shop and we’ll take it from there.

Does Liberty Collision offer payment plans?

No.

Do I need to schedule an appointment?

No – you can stop by any time for a free written estimate.

Do I have a choice of the repair facility I use?

Choosing the body shop where your vehicle will be repaired is an important decision, and it is your decision to make not the insurance company. As the owner of the vehicle, you have the right to decide who is going to make the repairs to your vehicle.

How many estimates must I get?

As you are the owner of the damaged vehicle, you have the right to select what shop will be making the repairs. In point of fact, you will probably not even have to get any repair estimates as most insurance companies have their own appraisers to evaluate the damage to your vehicle. What you need to do is make sure you have chosen a quality repair facility to do the work on your vehicle and then just let that shop deal with the insurance company.
